These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CineBase (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or purchasing products from CineBase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Digital Products

​

All products available on CineBase, including but not limited to PowerGrades, LUTs, sound packs, transition packs, templates, and other digital assets are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Once a purchase is completed, customers will receive access to download their files.

2. Payments & Refunds

​

All purchases made on CineBase are final.

Because these products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. License & Permitted Use

​

When you purchase a product from CineBase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in personal or commercial projects.

You may not:

• resell the product
• redistribute or share the files with others
• upload the product to file-sharing platforms
• claim the product as your own creation

Each purchase grants usage rights to a single individual or organization.

4. Product Access

​

After checkout, you will receive access to download the purchased files.

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files.

All products available on CineBase remain the intellectual property of CineBase.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product according to these Terms but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

CineBase shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Changes to these Terms

​

CineBase reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are made indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
